but I have had very concerning suspension problems at freeway speeds: On rough or uneven pavement the Jeep shutters / shakes at a point where the Jeep is not easy to control: In fact on two occasions, the Jeep crossed lanes: Unable to make contact with MOPAR as there web site sucks: Finally did reach a rep by phone: I need to bring it in for diagnosis: A test drive most likely will duplicate this problem as it comes and goes: Unless Jeep can rectify the problem, I will turn it back in as it is not safe to drive! !

Only problem is on-road road noise and window noise.

Highly recommend this vehicle, i also love the xtras, led lights, safety features, (blind spot and ADC, etc), aux swithes .

The night time driving lights are pathetic!!

Excellent ride, hwy and off road on dirt&#47;gravel roads, washboards at 55 no problem;  Handling is excellent, style appearance outstanding, gets many looks and compliments.

i have owned several jeeps the jt mojave is awesome pickup bed is great to have rides amazing and looks great

i love the way it rides and handles, taking on back roads or the interstate.

The look, the ride, the feel on the road.

Though I miss running through the gears, the ride and drive, the room and functionality of the Gladiator far exceeds anything I could have hoped for.

Smooth comfortable ride, great looking, sporty, plenty of room, great sound system,  great value, and fun to drive.

The ride is nice for a truck styled vehicle.

And while the steering is a bit numb, you just have to set the steering to sport and it’s 10 times better.

My only real complaint is with the steering.

The major weakness is the electric steering.

Interior design looks good, especially  at night with the light on.

You feel very comfortable at highway speeds which is also very quiet inside at highway speed.

It is super comfortable and the technology is amazing.

It is a very quiet and comfortable experience.

Very comfortable and roomy front seat  (better than Audi Q7).

The new 2021 X5 meets all of our needs and expectations for ride, comfort and driving experience.

This vehicle meets all my needs, great in city driving and very comfortable for long distances!

2020 Toyota RAV4

battery

I took it to the shop and it was an additional software glitch that needed to be upgraded or it would drain the battery.

But the less-tna-full-size battery is an issue.

Since I've got this car,I've driven it everyday,an it only sleep approximately 6 hours,one day it didn't drive for 14 hours and the battery died,how is that even possible.They need to put out a recall for this issue,not only my vehicle,they are other people out there facing the same complication.

The vehicle has left my wife stranded twice when it would not start due to a dead battery.

Battery dead after not driving for 10 hour work shift.

Called dealer service department, Ben told me they just found out about a software upgrade last week that is supposed to stop the battery drain.

Battery was dead today after not driving it for 1 day.

Mine is an XLE, had it for only a month and battery has died twice.

Had the vehicle for 2 weeks now, drove mostly in city and gave rest for 1 day, the car won’t start, it says smart key malfunction, I changed the key fob battery and still the same issue, felt crazy it happened on the brand new car.

The other issue it had was the design of the fuel tank, which was replaced by Toyota.

The fuel tank only fills 3&#47;4 of the way.

I have owned this car for a year and weeks after buying it learned that I could not fill the 14.5 gallon tank as there is a design failure with the gas tank sensor.

The bad:
Don't Toyota's PR campaign fool you the gas tank design is seriously flawed and has not been fixed in the 18 months this vehicle has been on the market.

Probably, the only difference between the 2019 and 2020 defective fuel tank models is that the fuel level indicator is capable of showing a full tank

I am giving this a one star because I think it is underhanded and possibly illegal to have a known defect (gas tank&#47;performance) and sell these cars without fixing it or disclosing it.

However, they gas tank only fills up 10 gallons which is much less than the manufacture states it should fill resulting in less total mileage.

The battery and fuel tanks issues are real.

The mileage is poor for a hybrid and in reading reviews, I see that the gas tank is small; wish I read those before I bought this car.

Rough suspension and way too much road noise.

I have a small bit of buyer remorse, because wear hearing aids and there is a lot of road noise in my Rav.

The car has road noise and Bluetooth is some issues

Car is a little noise inside, Seats are a little uncomfortable for long ride.

The road noise is pretty bad, the doors are thin to make it lighter

I don't like the noise when driving on the freeway; it's so loud, like my window or door is ajar.

The vehicle has had a persistent rattle coming from the steering column and the dealer was unable to fix the problem.

I had couple of times and then it started with some kind of unusual noise.

engine

The engine is a quite loud during acceleration,

Engine and battery make loud whining sounds when in park, reverse, or drive mode hold.

When punching the engine of the Rav4 you really hear a lot of engine noise, when cruising at a set speed the engine noise isnt that loud though.

- Engine noise is a little bit loud when accelerating.

Engine: So loud that I really need to volume up the radio so I don't get stress with the noise.

It reads road signs

It centers you on the lane, automatically following gentle curves on the highway and gently assists you if it thinks you're drifting

Turns headlights on and off, turns high beams on when there is no oncoming traffic

Can use cruise controls in stop and go traffic and turns the engine off if you're stopped waiting for lights to change.

The loss in efficiency I have seen is when I have to accelerate hard at traffic lights or when the car is used for very short drives and the engine has to heat up lowering mileage (especially in freezing temperature).

Pick up slow, engine a little noise, wind noise, uncomfortable with the seat too hard, Apple carplay too similar.

Test drive did not charge the non hybrids car battery enough to experience the auto breaking so wasn’t till I already owned that i discovered when the auto breaking/ engine cut off and restart releases it’s jarring enough to think I’ve been rear ended.

Sometime, When releasing brake pedal from stop, the car shaking a little and engine roar a bit as the gas pedal is pushed down automatically.

service

Dealers service dept often expressed lack of awareness of the issues.

Toyota's reliability and customer service leave much to be desired anymore.

Though
the Customer did prove the existence of a nonconformity
covered by the warranty that currently substantially
impairs the use or value of the vehicle, there has not
been an unreasonable number of repair attempts to the
same nonconformity or an unreasonable number of days out
of service for the claimed nonconformity at this time.

I was (sadly) happy to hear that it was dead for the service tech also and they had to jump it to get it out of the way and into the back.

Same issues as before - no dealership has an answer for this and Toyota states that they cant hear it when we record it, despite the service manager telling them that he hears it.

Toyota refuses to acknowledge the problem and the dealers and service managers are clueless and cannot fix it.

I love the car

Front seat comfort only ok.  Fog lights very weak.

No lights were left on and it has enough power to unlock doors.

Great standard safety features, love the LED headlights.

I have the LED headlights and it really lights up the road.

All LED head and tail lights means they will almost never burn out for the life of the car.

can't find lights, plug in connections almost everything.

Plenty of room for two teenage boys in the back seat and all their stuff!

For it's size has a lot of room for packages

Really like all the safety features on this model.

I was super excited about this car so I went all out to buy the highest trim with all the options.

Comfortable, best handling in the elements, Toyota reliability, all the features, great gas mileage, large trunk space.

Vehicle had all the options that we could Asfoor to keep our daughter safe and with Toyota dependability and value what else can I say

I average about 28 miles to the gallon, and the Toyota Connect package is awesome!

but not much comfort as you can feel the road alot.

It has comfortable seating and an easy to manage control panel.

This by far the most comfortable vehicle I have owned for long road trips.

Roomy and comfortable interior, lots of cargo space.

Comfortable enough for an 8 hour drive on   highway,  crossing from state to state.

Lots of room in the back, fits my dog and all our camping gear for road trips.

there is space for our family of four, without feeling like I am driving a bus.

This car is perfect for my family, we're enjoying the performance and room of the car.

It can be even zippier than those cars I mentioned when in Sport mode, all while providing better gas mileage and more passenger and cargo space.

There is lots of room in the back and it's really quiet.

2020 Hyundai Sonata

acceleration

The only downside is that it lacks the acceleration I am used to and the best parts of the interior experience are super expensive add ons they don't tell you about before hand

but I would need more time to fairly gudge.For the short time I spent driving the sonata it felt more up scale than the price of this car.the acceleration depending on the drive mode you in seems more than enough for a front wheel drive sedan .Overall worth a test drive and should be on anyone’s list for a dependable mid size car.

transmission

The only problem that I'm finding is the transmission shifts really rough.

I also want to thank Hyundai Motor for NOT using a CVT Transmission!

Otherwise, my only little gripe is the window noise.

You set this thing on 35mph and it’ll hold 35 mph uphill or downhill

Small overhead compartment to store sunglasses is no longer.

shifter

button shift is utterly pointless and irritating, low position of air vents is sub-optimal, trip computer is hard to access, no overhead glasses compartment.

My only grip with the interior is that a portion near the digital shifter, there is gloss black trim which I'm not a big fan of.

Panoramic sunroof,  heated front seats,  dual zone A/C, auto headlights, auto dim rear view mirror,  My Hyundai app, digital key, fantastic back up camera,  lane keep assist, intelligent cruise control, super nice cloth seat fabric,  trunk space for days, beautiful displays for the driver.

I love everything about this car: interior, exterior, color, dashboard, back seat space, taillights, headlights.

Lots of leg room for my teenage boys and husband.

This is a medium priced car that can compete with the big boys now.

It has more tech and features than vehicles that cost 20M more.

Safety features are more than I ever expected that I could afford.

It took me awhile to get to know all the features, love all the safety features, and smart cruise!

2020 Volkswagen Passat

A little road noise can be heard through the car

The road noise is acceptable, the engine is not bad at all, it’s not a race car

Also, the lane keep assist is available, as are rain-sensing windshield wipers, adaptive headlights, front and rear parking sensors, parallel park assist, and adaptive cruise control. Wow!!

Also the back seat has great leg room for my 6foot grown boys!

Overall mpg has been outstanding and the ride is smooth.

The ride is quite and has plenty of room.

This car has sleek lines, plenty of leg room, comfortable ride, and huge trunk.

It is a great family car, with a smooth ride and great pick-up.

I attribute all of it to an overall rough ride coupled with poor quality materials, particularly the doors, window seals, speakers and other interior components.

First, there is nothing intuitive about the audio system.

Love the auto low to high beam, auto-start, auto back hatch opening, heated and air conditioned seats!

Plenty of room for my boys sports equipment. Perfect size of you need a family car:)

Great build quality, comfortable especially for someone who is 6'5" like me.
