2022 Toyota Highlander

Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake 
pressure.

I bought 2022 Toyota Highlander, and the rear seatbelt make a very annoying noise while driving on rough road and the dealer told me that I should put the seatbelt back to the clip, and they told me that is how they design it.

Mileage is not what I expected and the noise on the highway is just flat unbearable.

The hybrid version is powerful enough just a bit noisy when starting off and going up an incline.

It feels more solid, less road noise and has all the bells and whistles.

After 30 miles I have a headache from the noise and hard to walk from the cheap seats.

Just bought a brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid le and have terrible wind noise on both sides in stronger wind and not sure about a smooth ride.

The only reason I give the Highlander any mark over 1 is because it seems to be solid and has a smooth ride.

The console is really solid so resting your arm there is a bit uncomfortable for any type of a lengthy ride.

I really think Toyota should either make the arm rest in the door bigger or put an actual armrest on the side of the driver’s seat.

but it has auto start, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats, panoramic Sun roof, large screen with JBL speakers and Apple car play.

There is just not a comfortable position for your left elbow with your left hand on the steering wheel.

The heated steering wheel, also in this model, is mediocre at best as it does not heat the back side of the steering wheel and over heats the front.

So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes.

I know how fast I can go around a curve and it will sometimes slam on the brakes pretty good.

Advanced technology with all of the usual safety and convenience features plus a Birdseye camera view and an amazing digital rear view mirror that allows you to choose between the Standard Optical mirror and a digital view from a camera on the rear of the car!

Excellent quality, adequate tech, good economy, drives very quiet and smooth, very comfortable seating, vary comfortable second row captain’s style seating, extra large cargo capacity with third row seating folded down.

We will be putting a fair amount of highway miles on this Highlander and feel very comfortable driving it anywhere without being stranded.

The seats are massive, so super comfortable.

I think the design is a good balance of functionality and comfort.

It’s comfy and drives amazing and roomy and sporty and not a typical mom car as my husband doesn’t mind driving it either ! !

The front seats are comfortable and in this model they are heated and ventilated.

The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning 
but love the blind spot notification features.

The idea of a self driving car strikes me as laughable when they can’t get this feature to work very well.

A few other options that could have been included with that price point and several options that came with it I will never use!

The panoramic sunroof is awesome as is the stereo on the platinum pkg.

Minor issues that I will gladly live with in order to get all of the other features that I like so much.

It has all the features my previous one didn’t have that I wanted and the price was reasonable compared to what new SUV’s are going for theses days.

All the other features on the XLE are driver programmable and makes customizing the car to your requirements/preferences.

I love my XLE Highlander my first new one .Very smooth ride.Great look and easy to park ,great on gas.

Smooth, quiet and phenomenal gas mileage.

Update: car came in on time, cleaned and full tank of gas.

For a vehicle this size, with the V-6 engine, it gets excellent gas mileage (30 plus).

As noted by some other reviewers, the gas mileage is just okay.

We have a 2022 Hylander Hybrid Limited and given the price of gas this was a good practical choice.

but that vehicle has a horrible transmission (9-speed that failed at 30k miles).

In addition to high speed balancing tires, front axle replacement and bearings, drive train parts from transmission to rear axle, still no resolution.

Absolutely love the technology advances: adaptive cruise control, auto dim LED lights, auto wipers, Car Play, side and rear impact warnings, left and right turn cameras make changing lanes safer, overhead camera helps greatly for parking, and the heat and air are the best I've ever experienced, and more.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable.

The care rides smooth and quiet and has plenty of get up and go.

The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be.

From styling, ride and value it can't be beat.

You'll see why people rate this car well when you ride it yourself.

It has a very sporty and stiff ride (for a 3-row SUV), yet also soaks up the bumps and holes.

The 2022 Telluride is comfortable, Quiet, responsive, roomie inside and economical for this size SUV.

The car is comfortable and drives nice other than that.

The car rides great, has sufficient power, and is very comfortable.

2022 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid

I like how the battery motor will simulate engine "drive" mode when letting off brake.

I love the safety features -active lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, active assist braking, collision monitoring and more- and the 360 degree cameras are a great feature when getting in or out of tight spaces.

It rides nice ,we have had 2 trips in it that were over 1000 miles.

It’s spacious, safe, smooth ride, great gas mileage.

The ride quality is good and overall quality is quite good.

Excellent ride and handling with very quiet cabin.

The ride quality is immaculate to other competitors at this price point.

My step dad has the 2020 I have driven before and always liked how smooth the ride was,

This car is very comfortable and quiet both of which are very important to me plus great pick up when needed.

But the comfort of this car is wildly insane.

Inside is very comfortable and well thought out!

It’s so fun to drive and the seats are super comfortable for trips.

The 100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty gives me comfort, as does the bumper to bumper 60k warranty.

Very comfortable and roomy (even the third row if you’re a kid!

But the driving mileage is why I got this one.

I routinely achieve 4o MPG or better over local roads.

On the positive side:  It drives beautifully smooth, does get good mileage

The mileage is good for an AWD, at 22 city and 27 highway.

After a few months, I noticed my right headlight wasn't working as well as my left one, so I requested service through the mobile app.

As usual when you pick up the tesla car, you need to do a “thorough inspection “, even underchassis of the care, true enough, the model Y has  a lot of problems, the fittings are not the same, tail lights was not properly installed, the hood is not the same alignment, I don’t know what the quality control is doing.. most of the cars are built rushed.

Phone charger was replaced, back tail light was replaced, car came slights misaligned,  and finally at one point “hold mode” stopped working for like two days then started working again.

but I owned a Model 3 for almost 4 years and only changed the tires, not even the wipers, other than a problem with the 12 volt battery that runs things when the “mother battery” is busy with other things, but it was covered under the 50,000 mile warranty and they came to my home to fix it.

Let’s be real, this won’t save the environment let alone the fact the batteries will need to be disposed at some point, most power plants are coal, the amount of work to process and build this car, and this is a heavy vehicle youre not allowed to fix: this is the worst investment you can make for a daily driver.

Other weird things: when you use cruise control every once a while it will beep wildly and slam on the brakes for no apparent reason.

but if you live in a hot climate like I do here in Riverside, you're not gonna get 300.

The quality control on the vehicle is terrible.

We need breaks sooner than the car requiring a recharge.

as well as practical features (side camera activates for turning, improved user interface etc.)

range

We have driven cross country with zero issues finding chargers or running low on range.

and even INCREASING the car's RANGE by 15km/ charge, yes they did that with a software update!

The Long range version has the perfect range.

Very fun and practical, no worries about range with Supercharger network.

Very overrated car, real range is not more than 200 miles..(winter driving),very stiff and bumpy riding on the performance car, luck of car control with this big tuch screen.

This car is excellent when it comes to range.

I found out that the extended 320 mile range is only good for around town driving.

The 2022 Tesla Model Y has a range of around 350 miles and charging stations have not kept up with the Tesla and other electric vehicle fascination.

It's super fun to drive and easy to plug in at home and road trips.

It’s fun, handles well, good cabin experience, and it’s comfortable.

The build quality, ride, and over car is amazingly improved.

The best thing to do is spec the car with smaller diameter wheels (19” wheel = cheaper tires/more selection and better ride quality) or buy a set of 19’s once you get the vehicle.

2022 Nissan Rogue

great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger .

The cargo space is not that large as described (a couple of inches would solve the issue

Heated leather seats, panoramic moonroof, Bose speakers, 202 horsepower with turbo, the cameras on it are neat, and remote start both from the fob and from the app on my phone to name just a few things I love about it.

The car consumes much more fuel, than advertised, I do not know, how it is possible to cheat that much in adds, the average is 21, that is terrible.

The engine runs very smooth and has excellent fuel economy.

Love the smooth ride and performance with the turbo charge engine and better gas mileage.

although I’m going to loose some mileage per gallon it is well worth it.

The car is incredible, handles well, is good on gas, and for me who just moved from an RVR, the resources oferred on the platinum trim are impressive.

Gas mileage is very good because I drive in ECO mode all the time.

Driving 2022 Rogue Platinum from last 2 months, it’s really comfortable (all seats), Entertainment system could have some more options

We always get a very quiet and extremely comfortable ride.

Both seats the driver and passenger seat are very comfortable even if the passenger does is not powered it provides the same amount of comfort.

No amount of adjusting the seat, headrest or mirrors can make this safe or comfortable!!

Still the rogue is a very reliable and stylish SUV, that delivers about the same comfort and reliability that other Dull SUV's do with out taking the style, and is economical on gas.

body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

Great styling, handling and lots of engine power.

Even thought it has a 1.5L 3 cylinder engine turbo it drivers so smooth and it has plenty of power when you needed.

Don’t care much for the new 3 cylinder engine:  it’s noisy

In terms of engine power in city ( not that much more acceleration) and hwy.

2022 Hyundai Sonata

You have to disengage the engine start/stop system every time you get in the car.

Car does not know how to be not of the engine.

It automatically sets the parking brake even on level ground.

Safety wise, Hyundai has made huge strides with its rear camera feature giving a wider angle.

Very spacious and I love all of the amenities!

I appreciate the driver assistance features and it is a fun car to drive.

The style and the features of the car are perfect,

Love everything about this car ,very comfortable, extremely fuel efficient, best warranty in the market,fit and finish is superb, ride quality is great also ease if maintenance is awesome if you do your own.

Friends are impressed whenever I give them a ride.

It has a nice ride and I am very impressed with the car’s sound system which is fully compatible with Apple CarPlay.

I have found that the car wants me to press the brake to come out of neutral coming out of the car wash,   as other cars are still coming out .

The car with high average price, you don't get 360 view camera.

Wonderful vehicle - smooth, quiet and comfortable.

Overall, this is an outstanding vehicle, it's super comfortable, very roomy and performs well.

The car is very comfortable, about the same as the Benz,

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable quiet drive.

It has virtually every feature of a high-end luxury car.

Helping to have a home charger installed would be nice or even offering the option.

I drove about 1000 miles and satisfied with performance and safety features of this car.

The home plug-in option works great, just plug it in at night when you get home.

Quiet, spacious, considerable safety features, easy charging to run daily short commute.

At the time of writing, it has been very difficult to find a Santa Fe PHEV limited so I didn't care about color or installed options.

2021 Nissan Rogue

This 2021 purchased February 2022 has had navigation issues repeatedly, finally they replaced the antenna.

The cameras would switch on randomly when slowing the car during travel, the automatic breaking warning light would come on and then turn off, the radio was working and then sounded like I was in a tunnel and then resumed playing normally, AC blew hot air when on cool until I turned it down to “Lo”, the touch screen acts crazy here and there, etc etc.

Has been in the shop 3x already for recalls, the air conditioner never worked and now the screen and radio need to be replaced.

Monitor not working, no radio, gps iPhone connect charging backup cameras, weird noise, flashing Nissan logo, it’s been 2 months, they cannot find the part anywhere!

The vehicle was in the shop constantly starting with bilateral roof leaks, infotainment system turning on and off, car panels shifting to the point we couldn’t open the doors, AC issues and CVT issues.

I've read one reviewer said the Rogue was very slow in horsepower with 181 horsepower does a well job to me as with the (CVT) Continuously Variable Transmission is smooth probably better from my old Murano.

It's not reliable, it's been in the service department twice for transmission problems.

Transmission CVT not good  most Nissan car now have Cvt not reliable.

There is a LOT of wind&#47; road noise T 60mph.

but with some annoying problems:
- Shaking / vibrating when driving or accelerating slowly.

Driver assist doesn’t work, collision avoidance has had malfunction symbol pop up

The 2nd recall I can't recall what the issue was,

BUT…today after owning the car for about two weeks/600 miles the emergency breaking malfunction light came on and remained on (I’m talking about the big, bright notice that pops up in your dash cluster).

They reset the computer previously and remote start doesn’t work, while stopped at a light, the emergency brake engaged.

Do not like the location of park brake switch!

When I went to enter the car after shopping the emergency brake engaged kept flashing.

but if a car in the right lane exits the highway, the car will brake like the vehicle is directly in front of it.

Camera comes on when stopping at traffic signal.

It’s roomy, has a ton of great features, crystal clear back up/surround camera, awesome moonroof, great MPG’s, etc etc.

What happens is that I am in a parking lot and I need the camera to give me an overhead look so I pish the “camera”

Has lots of tech features bought the SV with premium package loaded includes panoramic sunroof and ALLAROUNDVIEW camera which did have in my Murano.

Quality leather good sound system the back up camera has incredible clarity.

The backup camera with side and top view is a big help.

The driver assist features, and technology, along with the front, rear, and 360 degree camera views are amazing.

The new all-around camera makes parking so easy it’s feel like freedom.

This car is smooth, comfortable, great 360* cameras.
