They wouldn't go all the way down until I moved each second row seat forward.

With my new Prestige she can ride without pain because the second row reclining seats help her elevate her legs to avoid the fluid retention caused by her lymphedema.

The features are very easy to setup and use.

While I love the look of the interior, it's got much less storage space than our previous van.

Storage space for the "glove compartment" stuff is ok

USB ports and outlets and heated seats or air cooled seats and big screens in the head rest and space, so much freaking space!

Compared to our 2018 Honda exl odyssey we believe this feels like it has much more room and is a smoother ride .

2022 Toyota Highlander

Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake 
pressure.

I bought 2022 Toyota Highlander, and the rear seatbelt make a very annoying noise while driving on rough road and the dealer told me that I should put the seatbelt back to the clip, and they told me that is how they design it.

Mileage is not what I expected and the noise on the highway is just flat unbearable.

The hybrid version is powerful enough just a bit noisy when starting off and going up an incline.

It feels more solid, less road noise and has all the bells and whistles.

After 30 miles I have a headache from the noise and hard to walk from the cheap seats.

Just bought a brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid le and have terrible wind noise on both sides in stronger wind and not sure about a smooth ride.

The only reason I give the Highlander any mark over 1 is because it seems to be solid and has a smooth ride.

The console is really solid so resting your arm there is a bit uncomfortable for any type of a lengthy ride.

I really think Toyota should either make the arm rest in the door bigger or put an actual armrest on the side of the driver’s seat.

but it has auto start, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats, panoramic Sun roof, large screen with JBL speakers and Apple car play.

The heated steering wheel, also in this model, is mediocre at best as it does not heat the back side of the steering wheel and over heats the front.

Excellent quality, adequate tech, good economy, drives very quiet and smooth, very comfortable seating, vary comfortable second row captain’s style seating, extra large cargo capacity with third row seating folded down.

Lots of cargo space when 3rd row seats are folded down.

More than ample cargo space, especially when second and third row seats are down.

There is plenty of room in the second row seats, haven’t needed to use the third row seats so plenty of cargo room.

but I realy don't use it anyway bc I like the extra cargo room.

We love the captains chairs in the second row.

We will be putting a fair amount of highway miles on this Highlander and feel very comfortable driving it anywhere without being stranded.

The seats are massive, so super comfortable.

I think the design is a good balance of functionality and comfort.

It’s comfy and drives amazing and roomy and sporty and not a typical mom car as my husband doesn’t mind driving it either ! !

The front seats are comfortable and in this model they are heated and ventilated.

The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning 
but love the blind spot notification features.

The idea of a self driving car strikes me as laughable when they can’t get this feature to work very well.

A few other options that could have been included with that price point and several options that came with it I will never use!

The panoramic sunroof is awesome as is the stereo on the platinum pkg.

Minor issues that I will gladly live with in order to get all of the other features that I like so much.

It has all the features my previous one didn’t have that I wanted and the price was reasonable compared to what new SUV’s are going for theses days.

All the other features on the XLE are driver programmable and makes customizing the car to your requirements/preferences.

I love my XLE Highlander my first new one .Very smooth ride.Great look and easy to park ,great on gas.

Smooth, quiet and phenomenal gas mileage.

Update: car came in on time, cleaned and full tank of gas.

For a vehicle this size, with the V-6 engine, it gets excellent gas mileage (30 plus).

As noted by some other reviewers, the gas mileage is just okay.

We have a 2022 Hylander Hybrid Limited and given the price of gas this was a good practical choice.

2022 Kia Telluride

but that vehicle has a horrible transmission (9-speed that failed at 30k miles).

In addition to high speed balancing tires, front axle replacement and bearings, drive train parts from transmission to rear axle, still no resolution.

The cargo area has plenty of room with the seats up or down for storage.

Second row passengers can control their heat and air.

I can't imagine how hard it would be getting onto a highway with a 65 mph or 70 mph speed limit.

It is very quiet with very little wind noise at highway speeds.

If you're bothered by the engine sound at highway speed, then you should be bothered by any 4-6 cylinder engine sound at highway speed.

I also do not like the interior because no closed area for small items like change no hideaways like avalon or camry.

Also, the screen for this is smaller than the screen in my 2019 Sienna rear entertainment system.

Have had car 3 months, radio, navigation screen turns blue and goes blank Dealer says no fix toyota is aware of problem.

The engine starts and shuts down all of time, at every light.

Is it going to win a drag race at the stop light? No.

I use my free SXM to play the latest jams (not my choices and the music goes back to 50's, 60's and 70's once they leave) and they think I am the coolest grandmother and aunt:) 

My kids purchased my Thule Vector cargo box to carry all my extra stuff I want on road trips and honestly, I never imagine how much stuff can be stored in the cargo box.

In the 2022, I feel like I would have to get out of the car to access that under bridge cargo area.

On the positive side there is a lot of great tech, super comfortable and lots of room for the whole family, and getting 35+ MPG an a minivan outweighs the negatives on it's own.

The only thing this would really be good for is someone who is carrying a baby carrier car seat or a sleeping child.

It will haul family, luggage, grocery, and the occasional oversize crate, what more can you ask for?

Wow our family is so happy with this XSE confort on every seat is a plus not to mention the bill on gas that we have cut coming from big gas guzzlers &#36;40 dollars can give you 500 + miles range that’s a winner for us

For another trip CT to Maine with 2 adults and 3 dogs and the 3rd row folded flat we had a ton of space for cargo, acceleration on hills was quite impressive (and with a kayak on the roof).

but a few adjustments to the second row captain’s chairs, plus the fact that the third row seats recline a little fixed that.

I would think with the gas mileage I get with the Highlander I'll get at least 46 mpg with the Venza.

My best trip mpg has been 40 when driving from the Portland OR area to the coast.

Great mileage, quite a comfortable ride, and surprisingly quick, even without using the Sport mode.

Comfortable to drive, lots of standard features (XLE with cross bars).

I've been amazed at how often the gas engine is shut off and the car runs in EV mode.

but why does the engine shut off when you open the door?

2-gas tank too small for this suv
3-3rd row is not very big

The cargo area does have a slight angle to the rear hatch which causes groceries to slide back to the rear hatch.
