The interior layout and feel are elegant, functional and simple.

The base engine is more than enough in city and highway driving.

I love the handling and power of the turbo engine.

Turbo mounted in the back - behind a motor, makes future service a headache and it makes engine bay super hot.

The turbo engine makes accelerating smooth, and before you know it, you are going 90, and it feels like 60.

Acceleration ok at best given engine size.

speed

Its a six speed automatic vs 8 speed or 10 speed like most others make these day.

Very noisy at highway speeds with the 20" wheels/tires.

Even at high speeds, this little truck eats up the curves like a more expensive luxury vehicle.

There were much less body roll when I was twisting and turning in city streets.

I doubt the dashboard rattle will be fixed with a recall.

Now I can hear annoying rattling sound almost from every parts of the dashboard, which is driving me crazy.

Mazda3&#47;CX30 (big rear blind spot at rear of vehicle; infotainment screen too narrow and no touch screen), Hyundai Elantra (cheap plastic behind seats; rear view camera guidelines misleading), Hyundai Kona (abundance of cheap plastics), Toyota Corolla sedan&#38;hatchback (grille too big with ugly "angry look"; hatchback has "fake" exhaust pipe decorations and no spare tire; blind spot monitoring has no sound alert; seems like driving a cheap learner's vehicle), Toyota RAV4 (robotic look not my liking), Nissan Kicks (blind spot monitoring is not as responsive; everything looks cheap).

buttons illuminate indicating what the button is actually for- it just shows if it has been selected or not, there is no drop down divider&#47;cup holder in middle of back seat, rear-view mirror seems a bit small, and brake assist takes some time to get use to.

Handles terrible during winter, highly recommend getting snow tires.

My one complaint is the defrost of the rear and side mirrors.

only 1 usb port in car, none of the features (defrost or ac)

The lane departure system makes the steering feel forced if you go against it,

No real calling issue for me at least for calls on Android auto or Bluetooth as long as the other caller is not on speaker or Bluetooth as well, then its sometimes hard to hear.

The grey seats are also more of an off-white &#47; oat cream color, which is really misleading comparing the hue to the last generations grey cloth seats that were actually grey.

The pearl white looks great and it probably the best color for this car.

My honda civic hatchback sport is very stylish and youthful..The rear hatchback with the seats folded down makes a very large and useful cargo area to haul around stuff.The gas mileage is excellent.Love the led headlights and taillights which are standard.Apple carplay and Android auto standard too.I love the color which us sonic gray pearl.

It drives great, looks elegant and comes with a lot of standard features.

I keep the car as clean as possible as well, and it’s impossible to keep it brand new, with the black interior seatings.

Interior looks amazing, seats are comfortable, and car handles like a dream.

I bought my car September 1st, 2021 and feel in love with the design of both interior and exterior.

The interior design looks flat like a box, and the seats are not comfortable on long road trips.

The interior is almost Audi&#47;Mercedes like in fit and finish and quality and the materials are much better than the Mustang I previously had.

I wish there were power seat adjusters for the EX-trim, and they offered the sporty look with the higher engine.

2021 Toyota RAV4

The highway  pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable.

Wind noise, cabin is very loud on hwy driving.

The only complaint I have is the noisy engine when the car switches to the “ice”when the electric battery is low.

When the RAV 4 runs out of electric the motor automatically starts and take over you do not feel the difference except for some engine noise.

Discouraged with the lack of power and the Loud noise from the engine when on throttle.

Excessive rattles in the tailgate and plastic trim, especially when it's cold outside below 40°.

Continues to get strange rattling sounds from cheap plastic.

Road and wind noise is soo loud it is dizzying.

I also had a slight squeeling sound coming from the brakes when engaged and released.

The audio system in the Rav4 Prime SE is definitely subpar.

The stereo on the dashboard has sun glares that's annoying.

The only downside is that the vehicle sounds at all times like multiple pieces are loose on the interior… there are rattles in the cabin from every direction that cannot seem to be found or fixed.

but the accident prevention system (PCS) does not work, so that you receive a warning you must first have the accident.

Toyota has some engineering issues with the system that they need to work on.

The engine sounds quite entertaining(funny), that's probably because we aren't used to hear a 4 cylinder engine sound for 14+ years.

The vehicle is back in the shop for electrical system.

battery

Battery keeps having problems, and they replaced it.

but the tighter suspension and the low to the ground and in the center heavy battery minimize that.

highway use.. Come one weekend, the car is sitting in the garage with a dead battery, unable to start or power on any electronics.. Toyota has a TSB pointing to updating the software of the DCM module.

The gas tank issues and dying battery issues are really serious lapses on the part of Toyota.

The only thing I don’t like is when the engine kicks off to save fuel.

Seems like the engine wants to rip out of the car.

My only complaint would be the aggressiveness of the torque in the engine.

However I'm not a fan of the on off engine gas saving system.

About the only negative thing I could say about it is that the engine is a bit loud at higher RPM’s,

There are some things to improve like a full-digital instrument cluster, a tachometer (hybrid), oil temp and voltage readings, hood-opening hydraulic struts, illuminated windows and mirror

Only other issue is a fan noise when the heater starts up.

All the lights, radio, defroster everything is turned off before we shut the car off,

The car is very comfortable and economic!

It has excellent power, a great ride, the seats are comfortable and it has killer looks.

Pleasure to drive, very comfortable seats , love my light gray interior ( much better then black in my 2016) car is so quiet so I sometimes forget it’s on and leave with out turning off.

Buying a 2021 RAV-4 was one of my dreams as a Camry owner for 10 years.. and with whatever Camry offers i was led to believe RAV-4 would offer far more options.. decided to buy the XLE model knowing its the luxury model..!!

I love the safety features and the Car Play.

I traded up to the 2021 Rav4, Hybrid, AWD LEX, which was fully loaded with all the Amenities and safety features and with my trade etc, I would spend about &#36;30.00 more, which nI saved in insurance.

But for a 46K car (XSE with premium audio) it lacks in other features - dated media system, underwhelming interior, no memory seats in base trim, no trunk organization, or any other features which some standard in other lower priced cars.

Overall, love this 2021 XLE Rav4 as I did the 2018; including the new features.

I was and am impressed with all the safety features in this vehicle.

Like the way it drives an the safety features.

My daughter has a large suv and we followed them to Fl and back and it cost me more for gas!

the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

I bought the Rav4 because 1) it's a Toyota, 2) AWD availability, 3) styling and seating, and 4) gas mileage.

Purchased the vehicle new and have had EXCELLENT gas milage, no problems at all, cargo space is almost as spacious as a Lexus RX350 and it is NON-turbocharged.

2021 Mazda CX-5

gear

The transmission hesitates and thumps (in lower gears), making cornering, stopping and starting terrible.

and the car is in passing gear and the tack  is at 6,000rpm the car is doing 72 mph and it just stays there it wont down shift into drive .

Not as good as we had hoped, I could change gear in a manual gearbox car quicker than this car changes, also for the money not at all good value, sad to say we are already talking about changing it for something else.

buttons are hidden in the cup holder&#47;armrest compartment which should have been rethought and moved elsewhere.. Maybe the door perhaps or under the climate control vents.

buttons on the side that are difficult to see, the car is a gas guzzler with a small gas tank (I didn't like all the extra stops for gas and the flimsy gas lid), the turbo lags, the ride is bumpy, the interior paint around the inside doors is cheap and does not have a gloss coat like the car exterior, the wheel wells have cheap felt inside them making them difficult to clean, the interior lighting is poor even with the included floor lighting in the signature, and the driver's side leather seat was starting to wrinkle after only 2 months!

My salesperson failed to tell me that the steering wheel is only partially heated, which for me is a big issue.

Several attempts to correct the issue have all failed.

The paint color is unique and eye catching, and the interior is on par with vehicles that cost $15-20K more.

The exterior color, “Soul Red Crystal Metallic” is stunning.

This car has a high end style and color, it is All Wheel Drive for the traveling I am going to be doing.

This car drives really well, and has an interesting color on the exterior.

Love the car and exterior color we chose is very classy and unique.

The red color is beautiful and stands out in a crowd of white, grey and black vehicles on the highway.

It is a beautiful color, and has red leather seats (swoon).

but it just isn’t as elegant as the CX-5, but it is better than the RAV4 and the CR-V.

Interior and exterior are  elegant and sporty.

For the 2nd time in 10 months I have found a CX-5 GT Premium Pkg sold as "Certified pre-owned" with very low miles and a better-than-new warranty.

The safety features are like nothing I've ever seen, gentle warnings when a car gets too close to your side, a car in front of you brakes quickly, and when you're changing lanes

We like the stability of the AWD, the safety features, the responsive steering and the seats.

but gained a multitude of safety features, gas usage reduction  and it is as much fun to drive as the Acura.

The CX-5 features starting getting on my nerves.

Not only is it stylish and fun to drive, it's safety ratings,  exterior and interior features give me a feeling of confidence.

Had the car for 4 days and so far, it has exceeded our expectations.so many safety features and entertainment options.

My 2019 and 2021 CX-5s have the all-around safety features.

Comparable in style, ride and comfort we were both shocked .

The interior with leather heated seats is so very comfortable.

It’s comfortable, reliable, stylish and overall a car I would drive for years to come.

The CX-5 Touring is recommended by Consumer Reports, is comfortable, quick and economical enough without the turbo engine.

The ride is comfortable, stable, and QUIET.

I bought the Signature trim which has the Napa leather interior, very comfortable and I love driving it.

It’s also easy to drive and comfortable.

The CX-5s are comfortable, stylish inside and out, powerful when you need it, reliable, great on gas mileage, easy to handle.

The ride is excellent and it has a very quiet interior.

Although the interior has less bells and whistles then a CX-9 and is smaller it still has the perfect sporty feel.

The interior is upscale, the exterior is classier than the competition.

Mazda cuts corners with tech (especially) and cheaps out on some finishes to give you a 4-turbo and "soft touch" interior.

The BMW drives like a dream with a smoother transmission and ride, much better build quality, has a light interior with lots of lighting including ambient, a panoramic sunroof, and a bigger gas tank with better gas mileage.

Drives smooth, great pickup for the engine size, crisp interior, stylish exterior.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Within the first week, the panoramic sunroof leaks like crazy, the back up camera is pixelated and looks like a cartoon, and the service air suspension icon is on already, and haven't even taken it offroad.

but it's so minor I doubt the service technician would even notice let alone fix it.

The only problem I have with the Grand Cherokee Limited, including my new one, is the seats are too small for me and not comfortable for long trips.

Small issues, back up cam pic quality was not very good,

The only negative so far is that I do have a small vibrating noise coming from the dash when cruising at low speed (25mph and under), and touch the gas pedal slightly.

I like the way my truck drive and how it handle it is a very smooth ride like you are drive on air I love a jeep and I will stay in the jeep family looking forward to get the very new jeep grand cherokee  L the 3 roll seat.

I’ve quickly stepped into a luxurious ride with loads of technology lt has power and a great look  The stability of the drive along with towing capability , safety features like lane assist and reer view cam all were very useful to me.

Good size, lots of leg room front and back, nice looking interior, operator friendly dashboard.

We upgraded to Overland for the more comfortable interior.

The driver side door has a very slight blip that, unless you pull (when inside) or push (when outside) hard enough, the door doesn't fully shut - have to reopen and pull or push harder.

The interior is beautiful and so comfortable.
