Cruise control is ridiculous looses 3 to 5 mph going up slight road inclines then breaks as soon as the car gets 2 miles over set limit.

The  pickup and go is really lacking and it does not have steering wheel radio controls(That really should be standard) Its safety, I don't like how far away I feel from the touch screen.

The think that i don't like is that there is no cruise control, it is an option which is ridiculous, at least should come with some safety features standard, as many other Makes do.

The base model does not come with cruise control

My Name is Doris West I’m experiencing the car rolling back whe I take my feet off the brake on a heel.When I’m stop at a traffic light when the light change the car feel like the transmission is slipping it hesitates and gear’s don’t comply it has a hard shift while taking off.I took it to the dealership last year they said nothing was wrong.I’m making an appointment to take it back until they something about it.Don’t want the warranty they run out.Thank You For listening.

Only downside I see so far is the different headlight covers from the LT and Premier.

The gas gauge is absolutely ridiculous, theres a bar of lights instead of a normal reading.

I like it till check engine light comes on at 17,000 miles and it says misfire and GMC is saying all know we can't reproduce a problem so that we don't know what's wrong why does everybody depend on a check engine light what happened to real mechanics

Also, there is NO storage console behind the shifter between the front seats to store stuff.

Fuel mileage is as lackluster as the output of this failed endeavor and dependability is a bust.

The Trax is comfortable and great to drive.

It has more space and it's very comfortable, even for my 6'5", 300 lb husband.

It has the get up and go I want and so far it’s great on gas mileage.

its easy riding and good on back roads its not a noticeable car so cops wont follow you as much and also it rides great extremely good on gas.

This SUV is great on gas has plenty of leg room comes with weather protection pads love the keyless entry and the push to start.

but still great on gas and I really like the color and the black emblem instead of the standard gold emblem

I have plenty of room to haul stuff when I need to.

I may need a wheelchair in my near future and I have enough room to transport it.

I have plenty of room for my 5 yr old and myself

I also always laugh when people complain about cargo room in a COMPACT SUV.

This car is nice for compact suv plenty of room I got the LT which has some of the nicer features, leather edged seats power windows, keyless entry remote start, power and heated mirrors, led headlights, added removable shelf in the hatchback.

Great big, little big car, leg room, comfortable adjustable seats, lots of luggage space, parking great, AWD best maneuverability, But Cheap side convex mirrors for blind spot, very reliable, well designed.

2020 Ford Explorer

The trim work inside was awful the steering wheel leather was peeling stay in for 2 months and was not tucked good, the seats leather was coming apart and and wires out, and wind crackling noises  they co9uld never find, the transmission has been worked on before 36,000 miles and last

The major complaint that I read on the Ford Explorer is that they claim that the shifting is not smooth or that the car is noisy.

It makes noises over an hour after I shut it off and get out of it. Crazy!!

Then it started making a metal rubbing noise apon acceleration,  and now it's giving me trouble in reverse.

There are a few sqeaks and the fit and finish of a $62K vehicle could be better.

Lots of cabin wind noise at 45mph and above.

Sounds so awful and feels like I’m driving a ticking time bomb!

This noise only happens when moving and increases in volume to a point as you gain speed.

Car makes strange noises after you shut it off for up to half hour later when you close any of the doors.

The engine is extremely noisy, I don't understand why Ford couldn't come up with something to silence the disgusting noise it makes.

However with less than 4000 miles the rear camera fails more often than it works (known issue backorder), has lost power at freeway speeds, has an airbag malfunction, has a clunk under driver seat or front left suspension, has chrome peeling off interior switches and has a defective windshield.

Like dimming rear view mirror, dimming driver mirror, forward sensing, de-icer wipers, real leather seats (it’s now uncomfortable synthetic).

I was driving down the highway and a piece of the trim on my windshield flew off both sides are cracked they said my car is never been in an accident and I’ve never had the windshield replaced.

Even the Explorer's brother the "Aviator" was difficult to see out the windshield and A pillars.

It has dumped the trans fluid 2 times and has had multiple transmission failures and irratic hard shifting.

Our latest issue was an engine light for cold start malfunction that occurred when the vehicle was started in our heated garage.

By 2,000 miles, the backup camera has failed multiple times, the screen glitches a lot, and when the A&#47;C is on, heat will come out on the passenger side sometimes.

.must have been malfunction with lane assist when I didn’t even have it on.

radio

but not least the dash board, radio, and headlights all went out on me while driving several times at night.

So if you like to listen to oldies and talk radio don't buy a Ford.

The touch screen doesn’t work when pressing the radio stations & is laggy when it does change.

transmission

But there is a huge problem with this transmission and Ford knows it !!!!!!!

The transmission doesn’t slip every day.

but after only 8 months the 10 speed transmission  went out and after 6 weeks they still have not fixed it, it is still sitting at dealership waiting for parts.

4x4 has gone out twice, All sorts of warning lights go off, windows go up and down by themselves, transmission cooler went out, starting to stall, going back in to Ford for fixes

The engine transmission is not smooth, actually is very rough, the automatic transmission makes the car jerk while shifting .

but shifting has been a real issue jerking from 1st to 2nd gear.

Yesterday i experienced a major issue with the transmission.

The transmission cooler failed 1000 miles from home leaving me and my family stranded for days.

Bought this beautiful SUV when my dealer bought back my faulty Traverse, it literally crapped out on me 4 hours away from home.

Adjusting to the 4 cylinder and one adjust.

I considered this a downgrade in comfort and luxury.

Love the colors and interior is very nice and very comfortable

It is stylish and comfortable and gets great gas mileage.

Recently traded over of the 2017s for a 2020, what a difference, comfort, fuel economy, power/acceleration, 10 speed transmission, REAR WHEEL DRIVE now.

It’s comfortable, drives smooth and looks AMAZING. I’m extremely happy with my purchase :)

It checks a lot of boxes IMO, its nice to drive, been very reliable, very stylish on the outside, and very roomy inside.

Seat massage, leather interiors, heat/cool seats, plenty plugs for my grandkids electronics, heated steering wheel (would love to see the same feature with a cool setting for the steering wheel, that would be awsome), there are more features that I like,

It’s leather trim covers most of the interior and is complimented by beautiful gray wood trim.

I love the look inside and out and all the “bells & whistles” that came with this model.

el interior si esta bien nos gusta la piel el diseno del tablero, por fuera se mira muy deportiva todo lo malo que e dicho es mas en la ciudad en la carretera se maneja y se ciente super bien al 100. como nota final mi hija dijo que la explorer se escucha como el 02 ford focus que tenemos y creo que es verdad motor 4cl demasiado ruidoso no compren la explorer con 4cl no lo recomiendo.

2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

battery

I took it to the shop and it was an additional software glitch that needed to be upgraded or it would drain the battery.

Since I've got this car,I've driven it everyday,an it only sleep approximately 6 hours,one day it didn't drive for 14 hours and the battery died,how is that even possible.They need to put out a recall for this issue,not only my vehicle,they are other people out there facing the same complication.

The vehicle has left my wife stranded twice when it would not start due to a dead battery.

Battery dead after not driving for 10 hour work shift.

Called dealer service department, Ben told me they just found out about a software upgrade last week that is supposed to stop the battery drain.

Battery was dead today after not driving it for 1 day.

Mine is an XLE, had it for only a month and battery has died twice.

Had the vehicle for 2 weeks now, drove mostly in city and gave rest for 1 day, the car won’t start, it says smart key malfunction, I changed the key fob battery and still the same issue, felt crazy it happened on the brand new car.

The other issue it had was the design of the fuel tank, which was replaced by Toyota.

Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

The fuel tank only fills 3&#47;4 of the way.

I have owned this car for a year and weeks after buying it learned that I could not fill the 14.5 gallon tank as there is a design failure with the gas tank sensor.

There is an issue with using the rated  gas tank capacity - it is rated at 14.5 gal,

The bad:
Don't Toyota's PR campaign fool you the gas tank design is seriously flawed and has not been fixed in the 18 months this vehicle has been on the market.

Probably, the only difference between the 2019 and 2020 defective fuel tank models is that the fuel level indicator is capable of showing a full tank

I am giving this a one star because I think it is underhanded and possibly illegal to have a known defect (gas tank&#47;performance) and sell these cars without fixing it or disclosing it.

However, they gas tank only fills up 10 gallons which is much less than the manufacture states it should fill resulting in less total mileage.

The car has road noise and Bluetooth is some issues

Car is a little noise inside, Seats are a little uncomfortable for long ride.

The road noise is pretty bad, the doors are thin to make it lighter

I don't like the noise when driving on the freeway; it's so loud, like my window or door is ajar.

I had couple of times and then it started with some kind of unusual noise.

Can hear a fair amount of road noise when driving and rattling inside, car seems on the unstable side while driving, car is advertised to have a 14.5 gallon fuel tank,

The road noise is louder than we are used to coming from a Lexus RX 350

Car feels shaky when driving it, there is loud vibration noise coming from somewhere around the dashboard, don’t get the amount of fuel in the tank your supposed to on a fill up, when filling it up the pump always clicks off automatically about a quarter tank from being full according to the fuel gauge, I looked online and have seen this has been reported and Toyota is aware

but has no fix or plans to recall, sounds like they don’t have any intention of coming up with a fix for it.

but it was showing a “key malfunction” error and telling me to press the break and turn on the car.

You need to recall these vehicles and fix problems.

Toyota's reliability and customer service leave much to be desired anymore.

same nonconformity or an unreasonable number of days out
of service for the claimed nonconformity at this time.

I was (sadly) happy to hear that it was dead for the service tech also and they had to jump it to get it out of the way and into the back.

Same issues as before - no dealership has an answer for this and Toyota states that they cant hear it when we record it, despite the service manager telling them that he hears it.

Toyota refuses to acknowledge the problem and the dealers and service managers are clueless and cannot fix it.

Interior is comfortable and seats are easy to adjust for short people.

Really like all the safety features on this model.

I was super excited about this car so I went all out to buy the highest trim with all the options.

Perfect size and quality , good styling, very reliable, smooth and quiet ride, good road handling, safety sense features are great.

Safety features include adaptive cruise control, rear sensing of cross traffic, lane assist and blind spot sensors.

Good gas mileage, drive feels good and sturdy.

PROS:

The average gas mileage is 38 miles per gallon not 40…It’s a pretty good car that gets pretty good gas mileage

2020 Audi Q3

2020 Rides horribly, no power at all, no solid driving, all the dashboard lights and gadgets stop and start working on its own.

This of course affected the electrical system, so the lights would flash on and off and there was no way to stop it so if you were driving at night you could from seeing fine to being blind in a second.

I also notice that when stopped and the auto stop engages the steering wheel locks making it difficult to turn a corner from a red light.

At low speeds or when stopped at a junction or traffic light the engine stalls and i get a message on the virtual cockpit saying that i should start the car manually.

Vehicle is lacking memory seating, no fog lights and modern technology.

The engine still seems just as loud as the 2018.

My only negative is the engine "turning off" at stops which actually you have the option to "turn off "but must do so each time you drive it.

The main issue happened recently where I was driving on a busy boulevard doing about 50mph and the engine stalled leaving only the electrical components working.

I was able to pull over shut off the engine and when I restarted the warning went away.

steering

Was driving down an 8 lane major road, car just shuts down, steering locks, no power.

Armrests and reach to the steering wheel and window controls are awkward and tiring.

THE STEERING WHEEL ALSO GETS STIFF WHEN I STOP IN TRAFFIC AND SO I I HAVE TO TURN HAD BEFORE I CAN GET IT TO FREE.

Additionally, while driving the car identifies tar on the road as lanes and jerks the car away and it is very difficult to pull the steering back.

Disappointed that the passenger front seat has manual controls!

My only complaint is the passenger seat, amazingly, does not have electric controls! It is ridiculous that my 10 year old Venza had them

The vehicle is a bit heavy and you definitely feel it in the turns and acceleration even if it is pretty peppy.

It seems they have cut corners to save money, disappointed with Audi.

I bought this car for its safety features and to just have it all fail.

It's just not as powerful unless I gun it, the start/stop activation feature is maddening, the stereo system is lame, and the Lane Assist has worked 2x since I've had it.

The amount of features on this car that comes standard is a plus.

The 2020 Audi Q3 is a beautiful car, inside and out, and drives beautifully as well.

but as a life long import owner due to historical reliability issues with domestics it really makes me wonder how a vehicle with 11 miles suffers a catastrophic failure like this.

This truck is very nice looking, handles well, easy to adjust seats for short legs or longer, steering & brakes are comfortable.

This 2020 Ram 1500 truck is well made, even more comfortable ride than our previous Luxury SUV.

Steering is nice and tight, it's comfortable, versatile, tons of room, reliable and frankly it's one sexy bad a$$ truck.

The truck is the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned.
