2022 Subaru Outback

With my vehicle it was that the voice activation of the nav and search systems simply didn't work.

Unfortunately the infotainment screen is laggy and shuts off randomly shutting down everything except the engine,, safety systems, radio, gps, ac are all used through the laggy screen.

Infotainment can be a little touchy, wish nav used Google maps.

Electronics are consistently awful, from the (not really) voice-activated navigation to the slow, finicky touch-screen that controls nearly everything.

button is almost impossible to find&#47;use. The voice-activated navigation is unreliable - try entering a local address and the system responds "Would you like to navigate to the center of Lenox Iowa?"

The cvt transmission is awful, sucking the life out of the engine.

The Wilderness is quicker off the line, faster overall, with much smoother shifts from the revised transmission, with little body roll compromise when cornering at speed.

The CVT transmission is the worst ever - jumpy, jerky, and unable to match power requirements to transmission gearing.

Seat heater, can't turn it on from the screen, have to hit it, open another screen and then click again.

Not one single issue and let me tell you, driving in 90 degree plus heat WITH the A/C on high doing 80 mph I was averaging 28 mpg.

I have NO IDEA why people are hating so hard on the infotainment and the electronics.

This is a good car that has been spoiled by a poorly designed drive train and dysfunctional electronics.

However, I dare you to find another car that offers so much standard safety features.

My 2022 Outback Touring with Java Brown Nappa interior is simply the best yet, with Eyesight Technology and all of the safety features, e.g., Lane Keeping, Adaptive Cruise Control & Blind Spot Monitoring etc.

Driving on highway cabin noise is very high. 3.

The heating feature in the seats, pretty xxxx amazing.

I got family that’s Kia fans and recommend me test drive one, it was nice I wasn’t too impressed with it, it had that familiar feel when I test drove a Sedona many years ago, felt cheap in my opinion..but to each their own.

My Carnival ex is a great Multipurpose vehicle, plenty of room for the family lots of room for cargo with the rear seats folded down We took it on vacation carried luggage, supplies, Porta grille, beach chairs blankets pillows etc and still had room for more
power acceleration was all good and with all the bells snd whistle electronic safety features just a great family vehicle.

Its spacious, comfortable, nice display screen and the TRUNK SPACE is a bonus.

Drive this car is safe  with all the amenities for safety I like it .Especially when I change lines,When people in front of me go and tell me to go.let me know in how many days I need services.I save on gas.Spacious.

The features are very easy to setup and use.

Leaves many options for the layout of the inside to your liking.

Not sure if there is something wrong with mine, if it's the engine or the CVT,

It's stopping system at every brake paddle is no good may be dangerous at any time because stopping of Engine also locks the Stearing Wheal, and become out of control.

The big disappointment, at 25 miles the infotainment system is all grey and blurry.

(2) On a bad road (and there are many in Alabama) it will jar you constantly and becomes very noisy.

The only complaint I have is that whenever going over a bump is really noisy.

(3) Trying to accelerate on a hill with the air conditioning going is a joke.

No backup camera, ability to control settings, music, temperature controls, etc.

Moonroof and all the latest electronics including wireless charging, rear camera, etc

Exterior and interiors features are really nice.

Good choice on my part with extra safety feature and having it has been great.

It rides very smoothly and has all the updated features of new cars, with the exception of Blind Spot Monitor which is only available on the EX.

It is comfortable, reliable and efficient.

The perfect blend of comfort, performance, capacity and fuel savings.

Otherwise it' a very comfortable car with lots of space and storage in the back with seats that fold down for extra room.

2022 Toyota Highlander

Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake 
pressure.

I bought 2022 Toyota Highlander, and the rear seatbelt make a very annoying noise while driving on rough road and the dealer told me that I should put the seatbelt back to the clip, and they told me that is how they design it.

Mileage is not what I expected and the noise on the highway is just flat unbearable.

The hybrid version is powerful enough just a bit noisy when starting off and going up an incline.

It feels more solid, less road noise and has all the bells and whistles.

After 30 miles I have a headache from the noise and hard to walk from the cheap seats.

Just bought a brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid le and have terrible wind noise on both sides in stronger wind and not sure about a smooth ride.

The only reason I give the Highlander any mark over 1 is because it seems to be solid and has a smooth ride.

The console is really solid so resting your arm there is a bit uncomfortable for any type of a lengthy ride.

I really think Toyota should either make the arm rest in the door bigger or put an actual armrest on the side of the driver’s seat.

but it has auto start, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats, panoramic Sun roof, large screen with JBL speakers and Apple car play.

The heated steering wheel, also in this model, is mediocre at best as it does not heat the back side of the steering wheel and over heats the front.

It does take time to get used to all the electronics and the different options - no longer just a fan control and a temperature control - all electronic.

Excellent quality, adequate tech, good economy, drives very quiet and smooth, very comfortable seating, vary comfortable second row captain’s style seating, extra large cargo capacity with third row seating folded down.

We will be putting a fair amount of highway miles on this Highlander and feel very comfortable driving it anywhere without being stranded.

The seats are massive, so super comfortable.

I think the design is a good balance of functionality and comfort.

It’s comfy and drives amazing and roomy and sporty and not a typical mom car as my husband doesn’t mind driving it either ! !

The front seats are comfortable and in this model they are heated and ventilated.

The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning 
but love the blind spot notification features.

The idea of a self driving car strikes me as laughable when they can’t get this feature to work very well.

A few other options that could have been included with that price point and several options that came with it I will never use!

The panoramic sunroof is awesome as is the stereo on the platinum pkg.

Minor issues that I will gladly live with in order to get all of the other features that I like so much.

It has all the features my previous one didn’t have that I wanted and the price was reasonable compared to what new SUV’s are going for theses days.

All the other features on the XLE are driver programmable and makes customizing the car to your requirements/preferences.

I love my XLE Highlander my first new one .Very smooth ride.Great look and easy to park ,great on gas.

Smooth, quiet and phenomenal gas mileage.

Update: car came in on time, cleaned and full tank of gas.

For a vehicle this size, with the V-6 engine, it gets excellent gas mileage (30 plus).

As noted by some other reviewers, the gas mileage is just okay.

We have a 2022 Hylander Hybrid Limited and given the price of gas this was a good practical choice.

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan

Most concerningly, the start&#47;stop system is problematic.

Again I was told there was nothing wrong with the system.

Second, the audio sensor that lets you know if someone is behind you stopped working, and so there are no audio warning.

It’s very stable in a Highway driving, less than 2000 engine RPM at the speed of 70 mph, great safety features, very spacious interior with great legroom for all except the 3rd row, great air condition cooling, MPG easily 34 in highway and 26 city, easy to get in and out, you have a clear view while driving at all direction.

Full sunroof great electronics are great and is great in snow.

This car would be awesome if the features worked as they should.

The finance manager was terrific and after the sale they made sure to explain all the features once again before I drove it home.

Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering.

Purchased this 2022 Tiguan Black Trim  in December so far the snowfalls we've had hasn't stopped us from going  the engine has plenty of power when needed  and the gas milage is as advertised it has all the bells and whistles without being over loaded for this elderly couple.

2022 Hyundai Venue

Had to sit further from steering wheel than my usual and it eliminated the issue,

The SEL and Limited come with 17 inch wheels and don't look cheap.

Hyundai has also got the A/C figured out.

Electronics and navigation systems are easy  to use and it is an overall a very easy car to drive.

Gas mileage is great - got 34 mpg first fill.

My thoughts on the 2022 Venue SEL (Galactic Gray):

- Better mileage than advertised (based on my driving so far).

Great gas mileage, very nimble in a parking lot.

The gas mileage is amazing and for a compact suv the storage is impressive.

Easy to park in a small place and very good Mileage in the city as well as on the highway.

The Hyundai Venue is a small very dependable SUV, it lacks off the line pick up,

.very peppy and drives very smooth for a small SUV.

Comfortable and has a ton of safety options.

This SUV is surprisingly quiet on the highway and far more comfortable that one may think.

This little SUV is alot more comfortable than it looks.

2022 Audi A3

I am not a fan of big vehicles and this new A3 is the perfect size.

It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features.

It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage.

Luxury, sporty, and good gas mileage all in one.

but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

Materials and features make this car really pleasant to own.

2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

Cruise control is somewhat difficult to set as you have to scroll through settings, and it rarely keeps the exact speed it’s set at.

Radar cruise control will keep a certain distance away from the car in front of you, speed up or slow down depending on how fast the car is going, and assist keeping you in your lane.

Auto climate control means I can just set the temperature and never have to worry about getting too hot or cold again.

Have been a Toyota fan since my first one in 1985 and their reliability is legendary.

but what’s happening with the inside and the electronics outweigh performance for me.

however my issues with its excessive alerts, beeps, and fragile interior have outweighed how the vehicle performs.

Interior quality is quite surprising for a corolla.

The standard features on this SE model are really blowing me away compared to the other cars I've driven.

I was very happily surprised, at all the standard features, both safety and function.

The color changes depending on the lighting and is always a pleasure to look at.

Economy is great and I have been having fun zipping around town in this little sporty hatchback.

2022 Volkswagen Taos

The transmission shifts inconsistently causing either jerking of vehicle at low speeds or inadequate acceleration when needed to merge into traffic.

I would rate this vehicle at least 4 stars if the transmission did not make driving this vehicle Work and tiresome.

The DSG transmission is a very poor choice for this vehicle.

The transmission is a bit laggy from a start

but until the embarrassing 7-speed transmission gets addressed, I wouldn't recommend the Taos to someone.

The only negative comments I have is about the transmission.

but the uneven power delivery is a hazard and I would warn others to avoid the AWD version until a future time when VW either fixes this condition or uses a different transmission in the next version.

.the car violently Jerks sometimes when stop at the light when the ignition shuts off,the lane assist will randomly shut off.

I purchased this in January and at only 4000 miles has been to the dealer multiple times for stop start stalling, EPC code, check engine light and other electronic issues.

Lately, while driving, the car will flash the check engine light when it's low on gas.

A/C blows nice & cold, w/ rear pax vents.

The update VW sent out to fix electronic glitches and other items was easy to accomplish and it did fix most electronic demons

but gained AWD, way more passenger space for family and friends and a more comfortable riding position for when I feel like running about.
